memory parity errors are almost always physical hardware problems. do a
"sh region" and find out what memory region 0x605D3D80 is in. Most likely
it will be IOmem. if this is an npe400, there is a recall on the original
factory supplied memory, but i dont have the bug id handy. additionally,
the TAC has a stack decoder tool that can parse your show tech and log
info for a decent analysis. give TAC a call, let them run you thru the
requisite tests, and if everything checks out, RMA your memory.
