exact command is "atm clock internal". you apply it on the physical interface.
as a command, it first appeared in IOS 10.0.

i don't have at hand exactly what platforms support it, but a search on
www.cisco.com for "atm clock internal" shows that it is available at least
on all of:
  - PA-A1-OC3MM and PA-A1-OC3SM
  - PA-A2-*
  - PA-A3-*
  - NM-1A-OC3MM-1V, NM-1A-OC3SMI-1V and NM-1A-OC3SML-1V (Single port
OC-3/STM-1 ATM CES NM)
  - C10K OC-12 ATM LC
  - c5k WS-X5167 and WS-X5168 (ATM OC3 modules)
  - ATM CES on MC3810
.. and probably a whole bunch of others.

i've personally used it on an E3 ATM (coax) PA-A3 many many years ago in a
past life.
