just like any interface, just add the "secondary" keyword on your ip address
statement

int fas0/0
ip address 1.1.1.1 255.255.0.0
!... other int commands
! standby 1 { options }
standby 1 ip 1.1.1.2
standby 1 ip 1.1.2.2 secondary
!... etc...
