[nsp] routing over a WAN link

Hi all

Please forgive the newbie question :-/

UPSTREAM---upstream backbone---UPSTREAM
   LOCAL REMOTE

Our 3640 Our Remote 2501

In the above diagram, our upstream has issued us with a /30 for our
remote POP. To get users at that POP to authenticate down here, do I
need to add anything to the 3640 routing?
