has ne body applied ratelimt on Cisco 6509.

Scenario.

2 Cisco 6509 connected in redundant mode with the hosting customers
connected thru switch on the ethernet port of 6509 the 6509 in turn
connected to router 7513.

The rate limit is to be applied on the ethernet port to limit the customers
for internet access and for hosting
