RE: Odd T1 problem

I had a similar problem a few weeks ago, turned out my colo provider had
a mux issue, Ameritech changed us to a different slot on the T3 we were
coming in on and it corrected the problem. Ameritech was able to run
clean to the CSU during testing but could not bring the loop back down,
obviously they were seeing the loop in the mux.

They claim they've verified it (ESF/B8ZS) on all their gear this circuit
goes through.
