Strange Problem with serial link

Hi all,

   I am facing verty strange problem with my serial link.
My serial link of 512K terminate on 7206 VXR . Ip address
of WAN port is 10.10.10.10 /32.(Not actual).
  IP 10.10.10.11 on my wan port and 10.10.10.12 on
my Upstream's router wan pot.

  The IP range for my network is 172.16.16.0/20 (Not
actual).

   Ip address 172.16.16.1 on the ethernet port of my router.

   and 172.16.16.2 on my PC connected to lan.

 If i ping my wan ISP wan port i.e. 10.10.10.12 from my
route iw will give 100% responce,but if i give it from my
PC it will give always 50% responce.
Result is as mention below:-

Anybody have faced this problem.
