Off the top of my head:

Do "show ip route 64.0.0.0 255.0.0.0 longer-prefixes".

Check for "ip classless". (I think this command migrated
to default at some point though still shows up explicitly
in the config which most defaults do not.)

Without knowing more (like your general topology and routing
set-up), I couldn't say more but that should get you started.
