Hi

you can select the source ip of the ping in a cisco box by entering ping in
enable'd
mode, and then answer yes to the question "extended commands" (you will then
get
more questions, one of them is "source address or interface"). About
traceroute I
do not know..

Hello
Is it possible to send ping or traceroute from another interface other than
the one selected by the routing table?
i.e.
in linux boxes it is:
ping -I eth0 192.168.64.20
How can I make it in Cisco?

Birsen
