Yes, missed one line while copying f0/0 configuration - "full-duplex". Of
course, both catalyst port and f0/0 on the router are in full-duplex mode.
Errors are coming in the following packs:

29 Align, 29 FCS, 12 Runts.

And, catalyst from time to time says:

1999 Nov 09 13:19:50 %PAGP-5-PORTTOSTP:Port 5/1 joined bridge port 5/1
1999 Nov 09 13:20:09 %PAGP-5-PORTTOSTP:Port 5/1 joined bridge port 5/1

and so on, thus I do assume that catalyst does also loose the connected
state from time to time.

Still, I'm in complete dark. ;(
