      hi,

i am unable to create a ipsec tunnel between w2k server and cisco

when i ping from w2k server to router it shows "Negotiating IP
Security" .

if ne body has configured the same pls advise as where i am making the
mistake.

pls note. if i configure the same between 2 routers its working.

      scenario: router---------------switch---------------w2k server
