[nsp] CAR on GFIP in 7507

Does anyone have any experience with implementing CAR on GEIP and the
maximum number of policies supported ? The maximum number of polices on
PA-FE-TX seem to be around 100 ie. 50 policed hosts if you were restricting
inbound and outbound.

I also seem to remember the GEIP being able to support
CAR in only one direction (can't remember which one) or is that only
applicable to 8 port FE on GSR.
