Yes.

Yes: SNMP. CISCO-IP-STAT-MIB.my (and CISCO-IP-STAT-MIB-V1SMI.my).

Here's a bit of my mrtg.cfg:

Target[rsng1-mw]: .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.84.1.2.1.1.4.2.1.8.0.32.125.81.54&.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.84.1.2.1.1.4.2.2.8.0.32.125.81.54:[SNMP-community]@[router]
Title[rsng1-mw]: MAC-Accounting stats for RSng 1 at MAE-West
PageTop[rsng1-mw]:
MAC-Accounting stats for RSng 1 at MAE-West

MaxBytes[rsng1-mw]: 5625000

Hope that helps.
