[nsp] HSRP/snmp bug

Has anyone been reproduce this bug?

On 2501 running 12.0(4)T

The active router and standby router information is different via snmp
than on the cli. The example belaow has incorrect active router
information and I see 0.0.0.0 for both active and standy routers on the
other router (10.10.0.194)

 
(router-01 is 10.10.0.192)

Router-01#sh standby
