[nsp] Routing question

I need to make something like this.

I have 2 links connected to a cisco 3640 one with a vpn+internet and the
other only internet. i have assigned 4 different subnets, 2 of this must go
to internet for the vpn+internet link and the other 2 for the other link. To
do it i think that i need to route per origin.

Any body can give me any idea ??
