Or, get rid of the SACK and Timestamp options. Try and switch the two on
and off and see which option is causing the problem.

Subject: Problem with tcp options

Hi guys!

When I configure this:

ip tcp selective-ack
ip tcp timestamp
ip tcp mss 1460
ip tcp window-size 65535
ip tcp queuemax 50
ip tcp path-mtu-discovery

I get this result when I try to establish tcp sessions:

11w0d: %TCP-6-TOOBIG: Tty0, too many bytes of options (52) -Process= "IP
Input", ipl= 0, pid= 41 -Traceback= 60487DBC 60488E98 60484D38 604BFE8C
604A635C 604A4748 604A48DC 604A49C0 602E3504 602E34F0

And SYS error messages at CCO says:

Error Message
%TCP-6-TOOBIG: Tty[t-line], too many bytes of options ([dec])
Explanation An internal software error occurred.

Recommended Action Copy the error message exactly as it appears, and
report it to your technical support representative.

Any takers or straight to the TAC? I can't see why it shouldn't work?
