you can get products for simulating satellite delay. mainly these are on the
RF/Satellite Side, but you might be able to get something on the Baseband
Side, perhaps with HSSI/EIA530. I have heard of such devices.

It would be much cheaper to software config the delay though.

You would then be able to simulate nx100Millisecond delay for connection
from Denmark to Korea. Try searching the Archives in www.isp-satellites.com
or alternatively join that group and post to it as you might get someone
with good Cisco/Satellite experience.
