[nsp] cli IP Flow Switching Cache Hex translations

Does anyone have a link that describes the HEX output of the ICMP codes
in the output of 'sh ip cache flow' in IOS?

I cannot find anything good on cco.

What I am looking for is the HEX number to ICMP Type/Code translation of
the info in columns: 'SrcP' and 'DstP' when the 'Pr' column matches 01 (ICMP)

ie:

SrcIf SrcIPaddress DstIf DstIPaddress Pr SrcP DstP Pkts
Se10/1/0 192.168.128.25 PO0/0/0 192.168.136.79 01 0000 0000 1
PO0/0/0 172.16.152.194 Hs3/0 172.16.139.33 01 0000 0000 2
PO0/0/0 10.10.252.79 Hs3/0 192.168.112.116 01 0000 0303 1

Also, does anyone have the status of CSCdp91364
( found searching in archives of this list.
feature-request bug to allow 'sh ip cache flow' via SNMP
The defect you have requested CSCdp91364 cannot be displayed. )

Thanks,
Dan
