Importance: Low

my 2cents worth:

crashinfo file is written to bootflash. make sure you have enough space
there ideally before it crashes!

sh bootflash: to view bootflash contents
more bootflash:crashinfo-<timestamp> to view the crashinfo file or tftp
it

a sh ver and sh stack should also give you some info, which u can put
into
cisco stack decoder on cco
tac may also ask for a sh region

hope that helps

cheers

Mark
