NPE-300 SDRAM DIMMs

Hi!

Could anybody tell me, which kind of DIMMs are used in NPE-300?

E.g. I want to buy 128M DIMM from the third party (not from Cisco). Which
parameters of the DIMM are absolutely inevitable and which ones are recommended
for relyable work in NPE-300?

Now I have the following choice:
- 128 Mb PC100 DIMM 168-pin SDRAM Modules / 16MBx64-08ns
- 128 Mb PC100 ECC DIMM 168-pin SDRAM Modules / 16MBx72-08ns
there are also 10ns and 6ns modules of both types.

Which one would you recommend to buy?
