TC = Threshold Crossing
TCA = Threshold Crossing Alarm

To find the meaning of most of the acronyms, just look at the pos
reporting and threshold options:

router#conf t
router(config)#int p1/0
router(config-if)#pos report ?
router(config-if)#pos threshold ?
