[nsp] <sigh> CEF/FIB memory leak still in 12.0(7)S1

I thought CSCdp17433 was my bug, and it would have been
fixed in 12.0(7)S1 (if I am reading bug toolkit correctly) but it
appears the bug is not fixed.

'show mem dead' gives me pages and pages of 'FIB xdr msg chu'
and 'ACL IPC large c', adding up to what used to be free RAM on my
RSP4.

<sigh> no CEF for me I guess. (Cisco is the CEF nazi: "no
CEF for you!")

I'll try 12.0(8)S I guess. I'd like to be able to find
the bug through Bug Navigator, so I can be more confident that I
have a revision that will fix this. I searched on:

Feature Set: CEF/DCEF/FIB
Revision: 12.0(7)
Keywords: memory

The only bug that looks like my bug is CSCdp17433. Is
12.0(7)S1 different from 12.0(7)S01 ? That's the only other thing
I can think of being different.
