RRs can be RR clients to other RRs in the RR hierarchy. Just be careful of
how you build your tree, as loops are possible under certain configurations.
Your RR tree should attempt to mirror you virtual L3 topology. RR clients
should never peer with a RR through another RR, as loops can form.
