[nsp] HSSI or Octal Cable extenders?

Hi,

We've got a 7206 with 2 PA-8T-V35's, with a bunch of CSU/DSU's right behind
it. We now have another piece of equipment, a satellite demodulator with
HSSI interface, that cannot be physically located near the 7206, and is
about 15 feet away.

I think it's not possible for HSSI to be extended beyond 10 feet, so, would
it be possible to extend the Octal cables to that distance?
