You can find "memory-size iomem" command in the following link:

Subject: [nsp] Cisco 7200VXR memory configuration

Hello,

Does anyone know if we can change the memory partitions
for Processor an I/O on a cisco 7200 VXR (NPE300)?
Is there any IOS command similar to the "memory-size iomem " command
available for the 3640 series?

Write now the router seems to have plenty of I/O memory
but not enough processor memory.

cisco 7206VXR (NPE300) processor with 28672K/36864K bytes of memory.
R7000 CPU at 262Mhz, Implementation 39, Rev 1.0, 256KB L2, 2048KB L3
Cache
6 slot VXR midplane, Version 2.0
