What the other guy said... the upcoming Cisco OSR will do this.

(As of today :-) The Foundry (http://www.foundrynetworks.com/) NetIron
400/BigIron 4000 supports this in a small form factor and at
reasonable price... you can get a processor board with 4 on-board GEs,
a 24x10/100 card, and a 2xSTM-1 (OC-3) or 2xSTM-4 (OC-12) POS card.
What's nice is that the 622 Mb/s ports can actually be configured to
run at 155 Mb/s. There's also a dual STM-16/OC-48 line card available
(i.e. we have received some). No ATM yet. These are layer 3 switches
that does OSPF, BGP-4, PIM-SM and so on.
