agreed. 12.0()S only has Cisco PPP over ATM, which was first introduced
in 11.2()F. and even then it is only available for the PA-A2 and the
AIP. RFC2364 support, as well as PPPoA support for the PA-A3 was
introduced in 12.0(3)T. so 12.1 mainline will have it. scalability
work for the 7200 for large session counts [several thousand with
NPE-300/NPE-400] was done in 12.1(5)T1.
