Fragmentation alright. Will schedule a reload, upgrade a peer to support
Route Refresh, and force an upstream to do the same ;)

Since I buy transit, I do not really need to have each and every routes.
I do not really send routes to customers, either - just one.

I'll play around with filtering at /20 boundaries for some upstreams, I can
point default anyway.
