[nsp] Enabling Frame-Relay Switching

We are changing our method of customer access from ATM/FR to clear-channel,
via multi-channel E3 and t3 circuits. Because of our current customer base
being connected via FR we would like to keep our CPE config standard. We
will be keeping the FR config on new CPE's but our FR network uses LMI.

Are there any adverse effects when enabling Frame-Relay Switching on the
Access Route so simulate LMI? These 7206 VXR/300 routers will have up to 64
2 Meg connections or 32 2Megs plus 4 45Meg connections?

Thanks in advance
Jonathan
