Much cheaper... street price on these is less than $7000. They are wonderful.
My only complaint is that when you hook 'em up to the Cisco Redundant Power
Supply, you find out that it isn't redundant anymore... if you lose one of
your AC inputs on the RPS, the switch goes down. That's actually *less*
reliable than just plugging the sucker into your UPS directly. If you read
carefully you find that this is documented, but it sure wasn't clear to
me before I ordered one.

The 2948G-L3 got my vote a few months ago as the coolest piece of equipment
in the POP. They even support rate-limiting now.
