[nsp] errors on FE interface (dribble?)

I'm seeing lots of errors on the main Fast Ethernet interface on a
7206VXR. 'sh int f0/0' shows the following pertinent info, about 5 seconds
after 'clear count f0/0':

     13545 packets input, 8397446 bytes
     Received 0 broadcasts, 0 runts, 0 giants, 0 throttles
     132 input errors, 132 CRC, 0 frame, 0 overrun, 0 ignored
     0 watchdog
     62 input packets with dribble condition detected
     5458 packets output, 463048 bytes, 0 underruns(0/0/0)

This port is hooked up to a 3Com SuperStack II 3300. Both ends are
hard-wired to 100, full-duplex.

This same line, transferred to a port on a PA-8E card, shows no errors at
all. The physical layer is

router->Cat5->patch-panel->110-block->patch-panel->Cat5->switch.

What could be causing this?
