Yes. Any 12.1E Version officially released so far.

There is no loss in feature as such, TDP is a CISCO Protocol (similar to
LDP) but not interoperable with other Vendors. As long as you don't have
other MPLS devices that CISCO you should use TDP for now and migrate later
(there are migration paths. CISCOs can speak LDP and TDP at the same time
(with the right IOS)).
