Hi
Last days I have detected in many of our AS5300s that several (10 to 15) modems have an
utilization of 0%. We are using an IOS version: 12.1(6.2) and Portware Version: 2.7.2.0
As you can see modems 1/12 and 1/22 have an utilization of 0%, I already tried recover them by
downloading the prortware but it didnīt work. Back-to-Back test says the modems are OK.
I just added some aditional information for the modem 1/12.
Anyone else has experienced this behaivor? any idea?
