private IP in ARP of router

Dear friends and Gurus,

I have a linux box with two nic and ip forwarding enable.
and with IP MASQ.

I get the arp entry of my lan IP s in my router that is
of 192.168.1.xx IP entry in my arp table of my router.
can u tell me how this possible?
