The GSR has the route-leaking feature in 12.0S and 12.0ST code.
The route-leaking is also supported in 12.1

CLI
12.1
redistribute isis ip level-2 into level-1 distribute-list <acl>
12.0S
advertise ip L2-into-L1 <acl>

At this time both the commands are supported. But 12.0S CLI Syntax will
be changed to 12.1 Syntax.

Wrt multiple ISIS processes - this is called "Multi-area" support.

I don't think it is available on GSR (?) -
Please look into the following URL for more information.

! Anyone know a GSR code which allows L2 to L1 ip route redistribution within
! a process? Also, anyone running code on GSRs which allows multiple ISIS
! processes? I need to inject all as-wide router loopback addresses carried
! across my L2 backbone into L1 for optimal routing to my bgp next-hop
! addresses and this puppy is a real stumbling block...
