Does anyone know of a protection mechanism which can be used with the 70km
GbE (1000BASE-LZ) interface of the CISCO 720X family ?

I need an information on how to plan my network protection scheme using the
720x GbE port to connect to my transport backbone (60km away from the Cisco
product)

Do I have a flow control mechanism over the GbE link (I know the standard
restrict you to 5km/20km only) ?
