7507 have two slots that are RSP and redundant RSP only, the others
are all the same. The router supports OIR for VIP's and *IP's,
but OIR sometimes mean "On-line Insert, then Reload", on a good
day, card will pop up like magic, but other times you'll get a
hang and restart (C-BUS complex restart) or a crash or the card
just won't be recognized. You just try a few more times and if
that doesn't work power-cycle and magic occurs. 8-(

Note that VIP's don't support OIR for the PA's on them, even though
this is supproted for the same cards in 7200's, bad things can happen
if you try or accendentally pull one out that you thought was firmly
screwed into the VIP. 8-(
