[nsp] Voice problem

Hello,

I have a Cisco 3810 supporting voice (FXO module) with a 12.05 XK IOS on the other side of the link. It is connected to a Panasonic Key system 616 EASA.

The connection is a leased line but we are using frame switching at 64K

    My problems:

    1. I could not hear a ringback tone from the my end (calling party).

    2. Can the playout delay help out on the jittering voice? I have adjusted the input gain and output attenuation and it helped take out some jittering. What other fine tuning can I do?

    3. Can you explain to me if the key system falls under the category of "connection plar", "connection tie-line" or "connection plar-opx" ? In layman's term please.

Thanks
