That's not it Mark - the gent is asking about the enviormental problems he
is encounterring not about bus over subscription... the part of the log
that he is relaying is:

00:00:52: %UBR7200-0-TEMPHIGH: measured at 21C/69F is too
high: shutdown temperature 0C/32F
00:00:52: %ENVM-0-SHUT: Environmental Monitor initiated
shutdown

The rest is normal start up chatter.

Tejal - you are getting a high temp warning - the reason it is shutting
down is that you shutdown temp is incorrectly set to '0C/32F' (which is
freezing). The auto-shutdown is a safety to protect the box from damage
in high temperature envirments.

I know that CISCO released a slew of 12000's with faulty temperature
