[nsp] cheapest isl-capable catalyst ?

What it the least expensive ISL/802.1Q-capable catalyst switch ?
We need to test some vlan stuff in a lab, and need the hardware
(Something in a 12 or 24-port form factor is about right.)
Performance is not the issue, as long as it "works", and used gear is
just fine.
