This totally depends on the configuration of your network that you're tracing
through. If the 200.100.255 is a /24 network, it could be because of some kind
of loadbalancing you do within your network, if it's not, it could be that
your two IP numbers are actually on different subnets and thus routing policies
could differ within your network.
