[nsp] 7206 doesn't understand a blank PS

Hello,

Recently upgraded a 7206 from 11.1(21)cc to 12.2(4)T. The box functions
great, but I'm constantly logging the following:

Mar 11 21:00:45: %ENVM-6-PSCHANGE: Power Supply 2 changed from removed to
QCS DC Power Supply
Mar 11 21:01:46: %ENVM-6-PSCHANGE: Power Supply 2 changed from QCS DC
Power Supply to removed
Mar 11 21:03:48: %ENVM-6-PSCHANGE: Power Supply 2 changed from removed to
QCS DC Power Supply
Mar 11 21:06:51: %ENVM-6-PSCHANGE: Power Supply 2 changed from QCS DC
Power Supply to removed
Mar 11 21:07:52: %ENVM-6-PSCHANGE: Power Supply 2 changed from removed to
QCS DC Power Supply
Mar 11 21:09:54: %ENVM-6-PSCHANGE: Power Supply 2 changed from QCS DC
Power Supply to removed
Mar 11 21:10:55: %ENVM-6-PSCHANGE: Power Supply 2 changed from removed to
QCS DC Power Supply
Mar 11 21:13:58: %ENVM-6-PSCHANGE: Power Supply 2 changed from QCS DC
Power Supply to removed
Mar 11 21:14:59: %ENVM-6-PSCHANGE: Power Supply 2 changed from removed to
QCS DC Power Supply

This box has always had a single AC power supply. Any ideas? This is an
older (non-vxr) 7200 which has been in place in a low-bandwidth POP for
several years, and performs great, aside from the annoying log messages.

On an unrelated note, has anyone found an image which happily supports PXF
on VXRs? I've tried several which generate PXF exception errors on boot,
but haven't found any bug reports on CCO. The issue isn't
service-affecting, so I haven't opened a TAC case yet.

Cheers,
Brian
