I'm trying to use this card to drop a selected channel on a CT3 to the test
port which I have connected via a t1 cross-over cable to a 2600 with a
WIC-1DSU-T1.

I get 'green' status on the T1 WIC and no alarms, but HDLC data isn't
getting through.

Has anyone successfully used the add/drop capability of this card before?
