        Diego, I believe that you will see traffic for the subinterfaces as
an aggregate, if you snmp poll the specific physical interface. Be sure to
poll the correct ifindex, using freeware programs like Getif.

        You may want to enable ifindex persistence on the router, so it
doesn't change on you upon a reload, etc.
