Explanation : The data transfer rate is exceeding the limitations of the
router.

Recommended Action: Reduce or eliminate access lists, reduce the number
of users on the Ethernet segment, or fast switch (use a route cache to
expedite packet switching). If this situation appears to be more than
bursty, it may indicate that your system is handling peak traffic. You
may consider upgrading to a higher platform, such as the Cisco C4500. If
the error persists, call your technical support representative.
