[nsp] Max data rate on DB25 interface

I need to connect a router to a satellite modem which has a DB-25 Female
interface which conforms to the EIA-530 pinout. AFAIK the only Cisco
cable that would connect to this directly from the router would be the
CAB-SS-232MT cable. Since we will be running at high speed (over 2Mbps,
and this is not a problem on the AS5400 since the serial interfaces are
rated @ 8Mbps each) I wanted to know if this could cause a problem and
how would the router identify the interface type. Can this be set/forced
manually to override whaterver interface type/settings are detected by
the router? This would save me from having to build a DB25 cable to
Winchester (V.35) or DB15 (X.21).
