Hi,

The group B requirements document and the history document
(both deried from the orginal FDR draft) are being submitted
to the ID editor.

They can be found at:

we are very interested in receiving comments on these two documents.

The requirements need an exhaustive review and discussion before they
can be rendered with the requirements submitted by group a.

And the history needs a lot of work, the basis of which is review
and contribution by those who were there, thick in the middle of it.
Elwyn and i are committed to getting the history as right as possible
before we attempt to pass this on for informational status.

As much as possible, commentary should be on this list.
