It really depends on what you are trying to do.

Since you have two RP's, one could assume that you would like some
redundancy, so you may want to look at an IOS with RPR or RPR+.  This
means you need to look at a recent version of 12.0S.

So, as you can see, without knowing what you are trying to accomplish
the only minimum suggestion would have to be 12.0(11)S since you have a
3-GigEthernet card...
