[nsp] RTP Header Compression not working on 7513 Series Platforms

hi,

Down Below depicts RTP Header Compression between 3662
Cisco Router and 7513 Cisco Router . 

As per the RTP COnfig Doc, the prerequisites of Cef
Switching and Frame - Relay Encap were met on both
ends.

Please find the configs and observations down below.
The RTP Header Compression doesn't seem to work on the
7513 end. please advise me on the same.
The IOS used on both the ends is mentioned below.The
Cisco H/w S/w compatibility matrix says that RTP works
on 7500 series platforms...
