You can put an LS1010 in between telco and your 7200s.

Subject: [nsp] 7200 as ATM switch

Hello,

Can the ff setup be accomplished:

telco atm switch=20
|
OC3 ATM
|
7200-1 with 2 PA-A3-OC3SMI
|
OC3 ATM connection (back-to-back)
|
7200-2 with PA-A3-OC3SMI

Right now we're mapping customer circuits on the 1st
7200 (7200-1) including our main internet links. We'd
like to map some of our circuits to another 7200
(7200-2) to segragate customer links from our internet
links.
Since the telco will only give us 1 STM-1 port, is it
possible to do the above configuration (7200-1 acting
as a ATM switch)? Any other solutions?
Thanks.
